The other reviews do a good job of describing how great this bag is, but there is one feature I want to point out that I find extremely beneficial. Unlike many other shoulder bags, which close either with a zipper or a quick-release clasp, this bag (like the other, larger, Lowepro Novas) has both a zipper and a quick release. So if I’m walking around town and know I’m going to be shooting, I leave the zipper open and rely on the clasp to keep everything secure, making it very easy for me to reach down, release the clasp, and grab my Pentax K-X with only one hand. But if I’m traveling or the weather is bad, I close the zipper as well and know that my camera and lenses are safe (even safer if I employ the built-in, handy-dandy, fold-away weather-proof shield). Make sure you get one of the larger ones if you have a big telephoto lens or carry a flash and multiple lenses at the same time. But for a small kit, this bag — with its many features, sturdy construction, and superb convenience — is perfect (and a bargain).

This camera is a great deal for the price. It takes relatively good video, not great. The low battery light came on after 20 minutes of use on the highest setting. My one frustration is that there seems to be no way to see how full the memory card is when it is in the camera. The manual is not very good and you have to go on their website to download the full version. Even this did not really tell me much about accessing the memory card. I wish there was some sort of cover for the lens. It could easily be scratched which would ruin the camera. Overall I am very happy that I bought this camera. It is pretty easy simply to record and playback, and very easy to transport.

Received the battery from the company in a timely manner and it worked very well after charging it. I’ve only had it for a few months, but have had no problems with it. Got cameras working with DVR within 5 minutes after running wires for cameras. More complicated in getting it working over the internet. Turns out I had a bad DVR unit, so Amazon exchanged it out since I was within my 30 days and the new DVR works just fine and as it should over the internet. Amazon was helpful with the issue. Q-See was not, in trying to get my system working. But I got it working. System says it can control recording by motion, however this unit doesn’t come with needed parts to do that. Video quality both day and night are fine for the price. Would like the ability to zoom in and out with cameras, but these do not. Overall, good for the price of under 0.

The Blackbird, fly is a twin-lens reflex camera: one lens is used to expose the film, while the other is used like a viewfinder. It’s a famous style of camera whose history stretches back to the 1920s. The Blackbird fly uses 35mm film. There are two ways to take a picture with the Blackbird fly. For quiet and reflective framing, you can hold the camera at waist level and look down, to compose your shot using the finder lens. For a quicker style of shot, you can use the sportsfinder, which approximates a viewfinder through a notch in the top of the camera. The Blackbird fly can take pictures in standard 35mm film format (24×36), but using a different (provided) mask, it can also produce square format pictures (24×24). You can even remove the mask entirely and make a larger square format image (36×36), which fills up the entire width of the 35mm film, including the side sprocket holes. For shooting during the day, you can alternate between apertures f/7 and f/11, with a shutter speed of 1/125. At night, you can switch the shutter to B-mode to let in as much light as you might need, or you can also attach a flash for even more possibilities. Variable focusing, from 0.8 meters, makes for a sharp subject. The Blackbird fly uses a wide-angle 33mm lens and also allows you to take multiple exposures on the same frame.
